ENM is proud to announce our decision to install electric vehicle charging stations at our new 191-unit purpose-built rental project, Willoughby Walk.
The installation is part of our commitment to welcome new tenants to Willoughby Walk with a slate of luxury amenities normally seen only at high-end strata developments. These include storage lockers for each unit, a parking space with an option to secure a second one, a bike storage room, a fully-equipped gym, a common room with free wifi and tempered, cool air throughout the building. We’ll have a full-time, on-site manager to handle day-to-day details and maintenance. Oh, and you can also bring your pet!
Our project manager, Daniel Greenhalgh, says the company has already begun work on the installation. “We have the rough-in work done, but we’re still looking for someone to partner with to provide the right type of EV station.”
Electric vehicles are becoming more popular than ever in British Columbia, with the province leading the nation in EV ownership. Customers can take advantage of point-of-sale government incentive programs for new EV purchases.
