Willoughby Walk Now Accepting Applications

ENM is very close to realizing a long-awaiting dream. On December 1, we’ll be opening the doors to our new 191-unit purpose-built rental project Willoughby Walk in Langley. And right now, prospective tenants can apply for one, two and three bedroom rental units.

We encourage people to apply early to secure first options on unit location and size. We expect huge demand for the new units, so it’s important to apply as soon as possible.

The six-story, wood-framed development is designed to be a trendsetter in terms of quality of construction and access to amenities for purpose-built rental projects in the Lower Mainland. From the choice of materials, to the plethora of on-site amenities, to the professionalism and attention to detail of the property managers, the project is designed to feel like the best of strata living. The high-end development provides easy access to shopping, schools and commercial spaces in the Willoughby neighborhood. It’s designed for families and professionals who foresee a long-term commitment to the community. The stringent screening process for tenants ensures a community of people who plan to invest and put down roots in the Township.

The property’s many amenities include storage lockers for each unit, a parking space with an option to secure a second one, a bike storage room, a fully-equipped gym, a common room with free wifi and tempered, cool air throughout the building. There will be a full-time, on-site manager to handle day-to-day details and maintenance. We’re also excited to announce that Willoughby Walk will be accepting pets!

It is located in the heart of Willoughby Center near transit and commuter routes, and is within a block of two elementary schools. 70% of the units are 2 bedroom and the remaining are a mix of 1 and 3 bedroom layouts. Floor plans are available for review on our site.

In the coming weeks, our site will also feature a staged suite with a 3-D cam walk-through. There will be photos and digital walkthroughs of several of the individual units as well.

In October, those who have pre-registered can get an early viewing of units with furniture. They may also be able to schedule early move-ins in November.
