ENM’s flagship development, the 191-unit purpose-built rental project Willoughby Walk in Langley, is very close to opening its doors to new residents. Construction began in December 2016 and the first occupants are expected to move-in by October.

ENM’s co-founder, Daniel Greenhalgh, expects record-setting demand when applications are opened in the coming weeks. “We saw what happened when Boulevard Townhome opened nearby in Willoughby Center. The units were snapped up within 24 hours. We expect the same thing to happen with Willoughby Walk.”

To get a leg-up on the competition, Daniel suggests that all prospective renters register their interest on the newly-launched website. When applicants register, they can become pre-qualified, and if their applications are accepted, they will have first choice of units and unit locations in the development.

“The pre-qualified applicants can choose the floor, layout and view they want. They’ll generally have a lot more options and choices than applicants who haven’t pre-registered. It’s a good idea to do that as soon as you can.”

The development’s many amenities will include storage lockers for each unit, a bike storage room, a fully-equipped gym, a common room with free wifi, and tempered, cool air throughout the building. There will be a full-time, on-site manager to handle day-to-day details and maintenance.

In the next two weeks, the website will feature a staged suite with a 3-D cam walk-through. There will be photos and digital walkthroughs of several of the individual units as well. Daniel also expects to give a personalized tour of a few of the units.

“I’m excited to show people the layouts and the amenities of each unit. We truly expect this development to raise the bar of what people expect from purpose-built rental projects, not just in Langley but across the Lower Mainland.”

Daniel and everyone at ENM are very excited to cut the tape on Langley’s largest purpose-built rental building.
