Prospective renters are encouraged to register their interest in Willoughby Walk by visiting the newly launch website as quickly as possible. Pre-registering places approved applicants into a queue where they will be given first choice of units and unit locations in the development once they are released. They’ll be able to choose their preferred view, floorplan, and location in the building; something that applicants who are not pre-qualified will not have the opportunity to do.
Daniel Greenhalgh, co-founder of ENM Construction, expects huge demand for the new units, so pre-registering is an essential step for interested applicants. The recently constructed Boulevard Townhome Community in Willoughby Center sold out with 24 hours of opening, and there will most likely be the same demand for units in Willoughby Walk.
The high-end development provides easy access to the many amenities and shops in Langley. It’s designed for families and professionals who foresee a long-term commitment to the community.
The development’s many amenities include storage lockers for each unit, a bike storage room, a fully-equipped gym, a common room with free wifi and tempered, cool air throughout the building. There will be a full-time, on-site manager to handle day-to-day details and maintenance.
It is located in the heart of Willoughby Center in Langley near transit and commuter routes, and is within a block of two elementary schools. 70% o the units are 2 bedroom and the remaining are a mix of 1 and 3 bedroom layouts.
In the next two weeks, the website will feature a staged suite with a 3-D cam walk-through. There will be photos and digital walkthroughs of several of the individual units as well.
The first move-ins are expected in October.
