ENM Construction Management collaborated with the owners of the Boulevard Townhome Community to develop the Willoughby Walk and the Townhome project.
Willoughby Walk is a 191 unit purpose-built rental building that is designed for the working professionals and families in Willoughby Township of Langley, BC. The rental unit is expected to gain similar demand as that of the Boulevard Townhome Project which was sold out within 24 hours upon opening.
The Boulevard Townhome Project immediately gained public interest, setting a record-breaking demand for the rental units in Willoughby Center. The townhome is designed with rich landscaping, green space, and children's play area. Its location provides easy access to commercial spaces in Langley.
ENM Construction Management partnered with the consultants and developers of the project during the same period. This is the reason the team is confident that the rental unit will also gain a record-setting demand. The Boulevard development is located directly behind the Willoughby Walk. Its strategic location coupled with the team of consultants and developers behind the project contribute to the team's determination. The high demand for rental housing across Langley also provides a solid foundation for their confidence in reaching a record-setting demand.
ENM Construction Management prides itself with the purpose-built rental project. According to Dan Greenhalgh, co-founder of the ENM Construction Management, "Willoughby Walk is integral to establish the center of the Willoughby Community.” It is foreseen to be the Langley's largest purpose-built rental building.
The project aims to provide families with housing that is widely accessible to the center of the community. The building is professionally managed with a full-time on-site property manager that will handle the day-to-day details and maintenance of the building. Willoughby Walk will be accepting applications for rental units starting early May 2018.
